This is a commercial Archviz project, that was completed in 2023.The goal wasn't different from what it usually is, to create beautiful images... This time however, I wanted to double down on some basic actions. I believe in not despising constant, marginal improvements and in this case, I sought to improve scene population and detailing (I needed to surpass my last waterfront project). 

What did I discover?... Scene population, especially at this scale, feels endless :-) (at some point, you just make the decision to stop or deadline forces you to) but like most things, is very rewarding if you push for it. I really enjoyed working on this project, there was so much to learn.
